Guidelines for Sending Photos

1. No makeup or contact lenses.
2. Keep your face straight and look directly at the camera without tilting up or down.
3. Hold your phone or camera at eye level and align it with your face. Please make sure to look at the camera , not the screen.
4. Take two photos: one with eyes open and another with eyes closed.
5. Send the photos to the doctor directly for assessment.
